Compaq - Cequadrant ...help

I have a Compaq that came from the factory with CeQradrant Just!burn already installed. After restoring the system completely with restore CDs, the Just!burn program doesn't show up. The tech. supporters were to send a CD to install which never made it! After moving, I can't find tech. number. While talking to them before, they told me to go different places for info that I placed in a "run" and the computer auto. installed the just!burn program. Any idea how I find that info again or what that info is so that I can do another "run" and install my CD burner? Thank you, Ellen

I had the same problem with my Compaq Presario and I found a Zip file named ???151580.zip??? on my ???D??? system save.
D:\CPQDRV\151580\00B\007\151580.zip
You have just to copy this file in a temporary directory , unzip the file and install.exe.

I am not sure that you have the same file number (151580.zip) on your system. To be sure you can use like me the search file process with the word ??? cequadrat??? (not cequadrant with a ???n???) and the research will find the good one.
