Hi All,

What is meant by LLI errors in SAN switch ?

I cud see the count of these errors more in some of the ports, why does this happend?

what is the solution for this?

Hi,

LLI is Link Line Interrupt

This happens due to some error in the commaunication path, like cable etc.

You may try to change the FC calble and reset the counter /error and observe. It might help you.

You may also try to swap the SFPs in the switch side to confirm.

Hi,

You can reset the err counts before doing the swap and observe.

use porterrshow to see the error stats.
