I purchased a used VA7100. Does the Command View SDM license transfer with the array? If so, how do I acquire media?

I had an additional question that I failed to ask. Is the Command View SDM software required to use the array behind HPUX 11i?

Hi Matt,
one copy of CV SDM is shipped with array, because it's required to manage VA. Atopath and Secure Manager require purchasing.
Licenses within VA can be acquired for business copy and secure manager. Note that if you wish to manage VA from remote LAN-connected workstation using CV then you need to purchase additional CV licence.
Of course, you can manage VA using back serial interface, but CV SDM is much powerful, and as soon as shipped with the array for free would better be installed.
Media with CV should be shipped with VA. If not, please simply call your HP sales representative
