topic EVA BC / RSM Sample Scripts - PLEASE!! in HPE EVA Storage https://community.hpe.com/t5/hpe-eva-storage/eva-bc-rsm-sample-scripts-please/m-p/3814755#M20001 Hy there!<BR /><BR />Please!<BR />Could someone be so generous and post some WORKING examples for Pre-/Post Backup Scripts working with Business Copy EVA / Windows Server to automatically:<BR /><BR />Pre-Backup:<BR />- Stop my Application on my Server (don't need a Script for that)<BR />- take a Snapshot of LUN x<BR />- Restart Application (don't need a Script for that)<BR />- Mount this Snapshot on my Backup Server (with Drive Letter a.s.o.)<BR />- Do my backup (don't need a Script for that)<BR /><BR />Post-Backup:<BR />- Dismount the Snapshot from Backup Server<BR />- Delete the Snapshot <BR /><BR /><BR />Sounds so simple, but it is not.
