We have got the same problems. A switch to an other clusternode will fail because one drive can't be moved to the new node. The error messages is exactly the same.

I got several errors in our Event Viewer of one of our DL580's with MS 2003 Enterprise Edition sp0 connected with a HBA to a MSA1000. I cannot find any information, so maybe someone has a suggestion to solve this problem... The DL580 is a Microsoft cluster node. At 22.30h a SQL-backup starts from a member server with Dataprotector. There are no entries in the SAN-console or switch event log.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: raidisk
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1026
Date: 10-7-2006
Time: 22:36:22
User: N/A
Computer: NRPCM22
Description:
The Driver has detected a path failure to Subsystem ID 500805F3000B1000. Dump Data 0 contains the Phys Path Info < Port | Bus | Target | Lun >. Dump Data 1 contains the Driver Status. Dump Data 2 contains the HBA Slot Number (ffffffff if unavailable). Dump Data 3 contains extended Driver Status.
