Secure Path performance error

Hi All,
Anyone seen this, I am getting these 4 errors in a row every minute on one node of a MS Cluster:

Any assistance would be appreciated.
Version installed is "StorageWorks Secure Path v4.0c-7" and the server is Windows 2003 Ent Sp1.
