      <description>The error indicates the "queue" error on fiber or scsi data channel given by ACU.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Which array is this? its firmware version?&lt;BR /&gt;ACU version?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you see other details for it in event log?</description>

      <description>Ensure you have Windows OS latest SP applied.
