Hi i have a HBA Qlogic ISP2310 in my sun box , but i want connect this to my Eva 3000.

Some now if need a diferent driver for the HBA interface.

ok, i need connect a sun box to the my Eva 3000, the sun box have instaled HBA QLA2310 that was work with storage Histachi some thing ago. But now we need connect this to my eva 3000 to my sun box.
The question is , from hp exist some driver for this HBA o we need buy other different for my sun box to connect to eva3000.

Sun host needs SecurePath to connect to EVA-3000 with firmware VCS v.3.x. But as SecurePath is discontinued, the better way would be Veritas DMP (is part of Storage Foundation for Solaris). Unfortunatly I never tried before whether this combination works.

Secure Path is only for redundant path, but question is if i need something alse ?

Sorry, this is no answer to your question, but could you tell me the type and version for HBA Qlogic ISP2310 on your sun box? I have been looking for it for several days...
