EVA 8000 zoned up ready to go. Host sees the EVA and wants to load an HP HSV210 Device Driver. No Platform Kits are available. Does anyone have this driver?

What HBA drivers are you using? As long as you have the HP drivers, reinstall the yellow question marks (in Device Manager) to your HBA folder - the SACD.inf file in your HBA drivers has the info for the HSV210.

Qlogic drivers. Its a Qlogic card not the HP OEM. I tried to get the HP drivers and try to unzip it and get the file you are specifying, but the drivers are all loaded via cp and will not load because it doesn't detect the HP OEM version card. Can you forward me the file?

Download the cpxxx.exe file for the drivers you mention. Run the exe and then instead of install, click on extract. Extract the drivers to a folder. There you will see the files you need.

Hi. We found the above worked for us, thank you for your post. (have added our experiance).

Basically - updating the driver on each unknown HSV210 device in device manager, pointing it to the latest HP HBA driver (9.1.3.11 extracted) SACD.inf file.

Note:The windows update panel says it didn't find the correct driver during this process, but on reboot the unknown device becomes known and ok.

Hope this helps.
