Hi Andy,

That sounds as though you haven't got the zoning configured correctly on your switches in order for the AIX server to see the EVA.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Rob

We have just had an IBM AIX 5.3 server installed and I have created 2 virtual disk(30GB each)using Command view 6.0. When I came to create the Host the wwn's were not available. So got them from the switches and added them manually. I presented the disks to the host. Unfortuately the disks are still not visible on server.
I have very little knowledge of AIX. Have I missed anything? As I have basically followed the procedure for Windows.

Thanks in advance
Andy
