Hello,

We have the following configured equipment in the following way:
1 MSA1000
4 72 Gb 10K U3 1 Universal HDD in RAID 5 with ACU
5 Server with Windows 2000 Server SP 3 with FCA2101 Host (Card Fibre Channel HBA. The servers are x86 heterogeneous, not configured any cluster
1 StorageWorks SAN Switch 2 Gb, 16-port Entry Level
1 Network Strg Router N1200 2Gb (1FC x 2LVD SCSI) US
1 MSL5026SL 2 SDLT1 DVR RM Opal

The problem is the following one:
The disks of the SAN they have two formats of 30% and 70% in NTFS, in turn they are map drive like local disks in each one of the 5 servers. Each servers carries out copies of files, database and programs in the disks of the SAN. There not being any out of service the server, SAN or electric problem; they are generated in the SAN files.chk without it exists or be any problem in Viewer of events neither indications of problems in the panel of display of the SAN.

Because these errors are given?.
Which the best form is of recovering the last data to.chk?, if the form exists of recovering them, clear.
What can one make so that it doesn't happen these errors again?.

We have found the problem and at the same time the solution of the same one.

A partition cannot be shared by servants and therefore to each HBA Host Bus Adapter an only partition should be assigned.

That one can make addressing it from the utility Array (XE) in the option Selective Storage Presentation.

Thanks to all,....
