    <description>We solved this issue by simply rebooting the san and the servers.  Reboot the san first though.  This should help you.  That is what we did and haven't seen the problem or error messages since.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I'm having trouble with MSA1000 running in Exchange 2003 fully patched on a WIN2k3 server R2 also fully patched.  Not in a cluster.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am getting a ton of the following message in the event viewer&lt;BR /&gt;The Read Log SysEvent IOCTL failed to obtain an entry for Array Controller \Device\FibreArray0. Return status 0x88.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I'm also getting this same message&lt;BR /&gt;I've got 2 DL380G5 in an Exchange cluster attached to a Modular SAN Array 1000.&lt;BR /&gt;This Warning event is logging every second 5 times from both nodes in the system event viewer.&lt;BR /&gt;OS = Windows 2003 Release 2 Enterprise.&lt;BR /&gt;Did anyone know how to solve this issue ?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks !&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Anthony&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your feedback!&lt;BR /&gt;This morning I found aout that a reboot of the SAN isn't required (in my case). I disabled both HBA cards and performed a cold boot of the servers. When back online I found events about a configuration change in the Logical Drive 2 of the FibreArray0.. (status changed from Not configured to OK)</description>
