      <description>We have EVA6000 and connected to a fabric. From Command View, Vdisks have been presented to a w3k host. But I do not see these disks from the host. Any suggestion???</description>

      <description>Yes,Zonning is active and all devices are in same zone. Even host can see wwn of san controllers through HBAnyware.</description>

      <description>Yes, Selected from dropdown list.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One more thing, what I suppose to do in host to see vdisk in san.  Rescan disks or something else???. However I did many times without a success.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I would double check the Zoning. Make sure that the controller ports are in the same zone and that this zone is in the Configuration tab in the Zoneing admin. Also possible that the config was saved, but not enabled.</description>

      <description>Can you see the EVA HSV controllers from Windows device manager? if so, then you can check the WWN of your HBA's (log on the switch and check fiber connectivity from host to switch), write the hba's WWN down and then check on command view the port that you add for that server (just to be sure)&lt;BR /&gt;then... you should be able to go to disk management and initialize the disks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Mynor Aguilar&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes, you will need to either "Rescan Disks" in Disk Management or reboot the system.</description>
