      <title>MSA1500 with error</title>

      <description>Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;I have a MSA1500 with two controllers and the second controller have a red light on.&lt;BR /&gt;In Array Configuration Utility the message apears: controller status - offline.&lt;BR /&gt;The only message that the display shows is "beacon on / beacon off".&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone help me?&lt;BR /&gt;Is the controller failed?</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;h20181.www2.hp.com/plmcontent/NACSC/SML/&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Select &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; MSA Disk Array &amp;gt; 1500CS &amp;amp; Click on FRU remove/replace;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can see how controller &amp;amp; cache are reseated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The media(video Files) will take some time to show up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;James.</description>

      <description>Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry but i was thinking in reseting and not reseating.&lt;BR /&gt;I have already done the reseating of the controller.&lt;BR /&gt;Error messages desapears for 1 day but then it returns to the same state.&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea?</description>

      <description>Beacon on, Beacon off means we turn on the MSA Locator LEDs.  This usually happens when you access the array with ACU.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;jk</description>

      <description>Connect to the front of the controller with the supplied cable and a laptop, connect using 19200, 8, n, 1 no flow and type 'show tech_support'.  controller message history will be at the bottom of the screen dump.   post the screen dump here. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
