MSA1500 with error

Hello.
I have a MSA1500 with two controllers and the second controller have a red light on.
In Array Configuration Utility the message apears: controller status - offline.
The only message that the display shows is "beacon on / beacon off".
Can anyone help me?
Is the controller failed?

Try reseating the Controllers to see if it comes online;

Reseating the controllers?
but this MSA1500 is connected to online servers. will connection or data access be lost? will i loose data?
how can i reset it?

Hello,

Select > Storage > MSA Disk Array > 1500CS & Click on FRU remove/replace;

You can see how controller & cache are reseated.

The media(video Files) will take some time to show up.

Hello.
Sorry but i was thinking in reseting and not reseating.
I have already done the reseating of the controller.
Error messages desapears for 1 day but then it returns to the same state.
Any idea?

Sorry, I have searched enough; Cant get a hold of this error;

Try updating the FIRMWARE; It may make a difference;

Beacon on, Beacon off means we turn on the MSA Locator LEDs. This usually happens when you access the array with ACU.

Connect to the front of the controller with the supplied cable and a laptop, connect using 19200, 8, n, 1 no flow and type 'show tech_support'. controller message history will be at the bottom of the screen dump. post the screen dump here.
