Data Protector restoration issue

I am ruuing Data Protector verision 6.2 and am trying to resotore data off last week full backup. I recieved the foolowing error:

I also notice that the same tape media is full and have red mark on the Icon and the rest of the media have green color. I tried to scan the tap, it scans successfully.

Any idea.
