Did you load the driver? There are two supported choices, the Storport and the SCSIport drivers for 32 bit Windows 2003.
See web page:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=1844105&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=1844104&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1005
Hi,

In IE go to Internet Options -> Security -> Restore zones to default settings.

Look if this fix your problem.

Another suggestion install another browser for example Firefox and try from it to open the Command View URL.

BR

George

Alexis,

Your connection and zoning looks perfect because SANSurfer is able to father EVA model information. Now only 2 things I can think of are :

1. Make sure you are in supported configuration for the following:
a. HBA, driver & BIOS
b. SAN Switch & firmware
c. EVA XCS version suitable to your CommandView version.

2. Check for JAVA (Windows > Control Panel
> Java) and make sure you are using correct version of Java. Even you can try reinstalling JAVA.

Hope my 2 cents worth...
