Sometime when I mount an EVA SnapClone on the same server for backup purposes, Windows does not see the clone as a new disk but as a different path to the same disk and then discards it. The problem is intermittent. Is there a way of stopping this happening? Thanks.

What multipath software do you have installed?<BR />You should also provide details about EVA model, firmware and Windows version.
