QLOGIC 2340 HBA driver compatability with HP and EMC arrays

Hi,
I have a Win 2003 server with a QLOGIC 2340 HBA and trying to find a driver level compatable that will support both arrays. Currently using Driver Level 9.1.3.18

Has anyone hit this issue ?

According to the HP the latest supported for the FCA2214/QLA 2340 is Storport 9.1.3.18 (in the qlogic documentation -> Windows 2003 IA32 STORport Driver 9.1.0.18 IA32 STORport driver for use with HP MSA, VA, XP, EVA and HSG) with the MS hotfix KB932755 or later, BIOS 1.45 (same in the qlogic documentation)

Hi,
thanks for that though I was looking for a driver level that was compatable ? The HP array is an EVA8000 and the EMC array is a DMX-3

to resume it briefly:
according to the HP/Qlogic info the latest BIOS is 1.45 and Storport Miniport is 9.1.3.18

according to the EMC/Qlogic info the latest
BIOS is 1.47 and Storport Miniport is 9.1.4.15.

But do you have DMX-3 and EVA8000 LUNs on 1 host via 1 or 2 redundant HBAs?

there is a change in the current HP compat list for the 2340:
according to the HP/Qlogic info the latest BIOS is 1.45 and the latest Storport Miniport is 9.1.7.17 and (9.1.3.18 is still supported):
I guess to ask the Qlogic to clear the compatibility of both storport miniport driver versions and to suggest which should be used in your configuration
