Please help I am in big trouble. I was trying to add a unit and my controller failed. I have attached the text file with the errors. I'm in multibus mode and I keep receiving the following error on the other controller: Received LAST GASP message from other controller, Last Failure Code: 011C0011-
Last Failure Parameters: 00000025

ok, wat is the LEd status on the other/failed controller. If possible restart the other controller by pressing + hold the big button on the other controller. once it is restarted let see wats the status is...you should have any issues as you are in Mutlibus mode.

Andy

if the reset button is Solid green without any other LEd lit up, it means the controller is not able to read the program card. have you checked reseating the program card?? if not you can try that once or otherwise get a replacement card and try to boot the controller.

Andy

Seems like its the issue with the controller, the LEd status says that Recursive Bugcheck detected and the controller operation is halted. If you have reseated the controller (Physically reseating) then I would suspect the controller. What is that state of the other controller?

Andy

get the CLI cable hooked up on the HSG and check the controller status. I think the server are trying to mount the HSG lun and might be getting frozen. If you are covered in a contract Kindly contact HP Support for Immediate support

Andy.
