Hi, I'm using the same account which I used for successful log-in with Command View (8.0.2). I have already updated to RSM 4.0.1.
Hi,
I tried to install the RSM 4.0 Server Software on the server, where I installed also CV8.
The installation was successfull, but I wasn't able to log-in into the GUI. Always I get the error message "You do not have sufficient privileges to access the client". I use an acoount which is member of the Storage Admin Group.
What is wrong?
Is it necessary before loging in, that a BC or CA license is installed on the EVA (I'm waiting for it)?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It is not necessary to wait for licenses.

Are you using the same account for RSM as you use for Command View? if not, try an account that you know works with Command View.

Also, there is an update available. make sure you install RSM 4.0.1 before hand.

Steven
