    <description>Hi Uldis,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check that you are running the latest firmwares as this is a pretty new product.&lt;BR /&gt;If the issues is still there even with the latest firmware i would suggest opening a case at HP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That error message doesnt give a clue of whats wrong, it only says that something is wrong with that controller. (FRU = Field replaceable unit).&lt;BR /&gt;You could download the store.logs and search for that specific eventcode and event serial number for more hints...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Johnny</description>

      <description>&lt;!--!*#--&gt;Hi, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; last week installed two brand new msa2312sa's and one of them looses one of controllers from time to time .. looked around (forums/googled/docs), and still have no clue what this error message means, anyone got an idea where to look for an answer ? or simply I shall contact hp support? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-------------&lt;BR /&gt;There is a problem with a FRU.
