EVA4400 cache battery problem solved

Dear all,
We have EVa4400 HSV300 , XCS9522000(1 month before we had upgraded EVA8.0 to 9.0 and firmware)It's working five. this morning i got problem of Battery cache problem like Orange color LED triangle simple.i had verified from command view i got error controller enclosure operation state Failed then i had removed battery from HSV300 after 1mints i re-fixed now it's working fine. i have verified from command view controller Enclosure every simple is green . why this problem happend
