Hi,

Can anyone help regarding the following issue. We just upgrade EVA4400 Firmware. Then upgrade EVA Command view from 8.0 to 9.1. But after upgrade it shows the current version of EVA command view can not access the EVA

Have you cleared the browser cache?

Hi,

My problem is now solved. We initialized the EVA using EVA Smart Start. Then try again from Command View. But dont know what was the exact problem.
