    <description>I'm sorry, I don't remember what it was on CV7 and it depends on the Windows language version (I think it is below "%ProgramFiles%"). I would search for the pattern "5000-1FE1-*".</description>

      <description>We have CV EVA 7.00.01 in that we are managing two EVA-5000 and EVA-8100.&lt;BR /&gt;When ever I tried to open "Controller Termination Event log" on any of the storage box the CV EVA services getting restart.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kindly suggest&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance</description>

      <description>It is a bug in CV-EVA which is fixed in later versions.&lt;BR /&gt;I suggest you check if you can just upgrade to a newer version.</description>

      <description>Really? If I remember correctly, it has never worked for me, but that was some time ago.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now, I just got an idea you could try:&lt;BR /&gt;If you browse the C: disk, there is a folder named after the WWN of the EVA.&lt;BR /&gt;You could try a 'resync' of the event log by:&lt;BR /&gt;- stopping the CV-EVA service&lt;BR /&gt;- rename the folder&lt;BR /&gt;- restart the CV-EVA service&lt;BR /&gt;- wait some time (15 to 20 minutes), because CV-EVA now reloads the event buffer from the EVA&lt;BR /&gt;- then try to open the "Controller Termination Event log" again.</description>
