      <description>Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;we had a failed Hard-Drive on our EVA 8400&lt;BR /&gt;which was ungrouped,replaced and grouped again.&lt;BR /&gt;Leveling and redistributing is done but everytime we start Command View there is an Pop-Up Window with the message: "A Hardware failure is occured on this disk group. The advanced....."&lt;BR /&gt;All Disks, Enclosures and both controlles are "Green" After Re-Discover the EVA in CV the Disk Group is green for a view minutes.Then the message comes up again.&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas ?</description>

      <description>Did you had any vdisk in RAID 0?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any vdisk marked as failed?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;RAID 0 vdisk fail when any disk fails, you have to delete and recreate them.</description>

      <description>And no other disk failed? It's a curious situation.  Can you get the controller event log, compress it and attach it here?</description>
