CommandView EVA 9.2 Installation broken

Hello, I have tried to install the CV Version 9.2 to our CV-Server. The Installation is hung up after the Point Pre-Installation. Then I´ve cancelled the Installation (after several hours). Now I can´t start the Installation again, because the Setup-Program says: "the Installation cannot performed because the same Version is Installed. I have to deinstall the CV. I´ve tried to deinstall the CV, but it crashed.
Has anyone an idea?
