Hello team,

Please can you help me solving this issue. I'm having this error on HP EVA6000 but the storage is working even with that error. What can I do to clear that. Find some logs attached.

If all data access and all leds on EVA looks green then you need to reboot your master controller, as CV only talks with master controller and if there is some problem in communicating then you get this msg.

So You need to identify the master controller from OCP and reboot it (Just master controller)

I am sure that it will work for you but still if its a exception then you may refer below link also

We tried to reboot the master controller and the same situation persist. So please advice. Did you check the logs I uploaded? May be you will find some error that can allow you to help more.
I always assign points when done with the intervention.

I have just read the details. Reboot should have worked if not then, can u email the controller event logs at tonybindra@gmail.com

In the mail kindly mention the cv-eva version as well.
