EVA cannot ungroup and reconstruct

Hi experts,
We have an EVA with 95% allocated capacity and I tried to ungroup but failed(the disk became unidentifiable but there is no disk in ungroup). I removed and add a disk into disk group and the system is hanging in reconstructing 0%, please help.(PS: we system is really busy, does it matter?)

Please try keeping the occupancy level at 100% and then try it should work.

Also let me know what is the EVA that you have and the firmware revision

Hi Sudhakar,
Firmware Version: SR1142 6200.
I try to change disk protection to â noneâ and alarm level to â 100â this morning but it does not work.

Thanks for your help. I create a customer support case in HP today. HP suggests me to restart master controller. I suspect there is a zombie process in master controller. After restart controller A, it is leveling now.
