This won't erase any of our san configuration, because everything is running okay we are just not able to get on the Management Module.
We recently had a power outage and now we are unable to get to the EVA 4400 Management Module with the assigned IP address or the default address. Is there a way to see what the ip address of the Management Module is?

Can you not access the WOCP or CV?
If not, it may be hard.

Only way I see it would try to do some switch networking magic, like check MAC-address and maybe a reverse lookup.. but:

There is a little pin-button at the back that you can use to reset the IP-address to the default.

A reseat of the module might get it back as well.

No it will not reset the SAN configuration.

Another thing you can do is to install Command View on a physical server.

But it might be a good idea to ask HP support for some help.

Hi,

Some of the known issues with Management Modules, IP Address of that module will not ping after power reset.

You can reset the management module IP by press and Hold the "Reset" Button on the module for 5-10 seconds.

The IP wil be reset to 192.168.0.1 and user name is admin with no password.

Once reset you can login with default credentials and set the IP and user/password again.
