topic RSM V5.2 to Split SQL Server 2008 DB in HPE EVA Storage

Hi,

I install RSM V5.2 on EVA4400 SMA for SQL server 2008 BC implementation. As I know our dbutil V2.8 only support SQL 2005 on-line split. Does anyone know how to get the newest dbutil for SQL 2008? or anyone has scripts to split SQL server 2008 into backup mode, then use RSM BC to split all datafile LUNs?

hi,

You probably should use the HP Data Protector for this task. It is integrated with both MS SQL and EVA.

dule
