    <description>Call HP Support ASAP, don't try to fix the battery but replace it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you lose both battery modules you lose access to the vdisks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck!</description>

      <title>Cache Battery Modules Failed</title>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have Eva Storage&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HP EVA 6000 - A 2C4D array&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Showing a Failed Error on:&lt;BR /&gt;Hardware&lt;BR /&gt;Rack1&lt;BR /&gt;Controller Enclosure&lt;BR /&gt;Controller B&lt;BR /&gt;Cache Battery Modules : Operational State: Failed and Charger State: Failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But Cache Battery System shows up as Good, with a battery predicted life of 150 hours.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It has only one cache battery module installed on that controller, the one faulty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Model Number: HSV200  &lt;BR /&gt;Software Version: CR0EB0xc3p-6100  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for any help/insight.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
