i when install command view eva version 9 on the server 2008 enterprise this error seem :OVLICV5CAPI.DLL and MSVCR80-DLL . please help .

if any hotfix for microsoft.

Hi, I think this might be related to autopass.
Are you installing CV 9.4? Do you have SP2 on Windows 2008?

ya i install sp2 in os and install command view eva version 9.0 not 9.4. i install 9.4 but not solve the problem.
