Hi Jiri,

we experienced this issue once on our SMA connected to EVA 5000 (VS3.020).Fortunately a HP engineer was onsite and recommended us to install the latest SP2 for EVE which resolves this issue with "yeah".

You may like to give this a go:)

Cheers,

Hi,

we istalled new version of Event View EVA,
Installation was successfull, but at the end it starts process YEAH_V230.exe
which consumpts all CPU time and the rest of MEM in WIN2000 system, on which run our server APPLIANCE
Its been running for more then 3 hours, and by the mean time its almost impossible to logon to that server through web portal !!!

Is there anything wrong ? Do we have to wait longer ?
What does the specific process do ?

thank you for your answers,

Jiri
