    <description>Mark,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for checking the obvious (which I should have done, even though our FE thought it should work!)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The QS does list the 1200 series, which I think is the same device in a different form factor.  I'll check w/HP.</description>

      <title>LTT not seeing NSR</title>

      <description>I dusted off our old Gen I SAN Appliance, loaded Windows XP Pro on it, connected it to our HP SAN, and then loaded the latest LTT.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On doing a SAN scan, LTT finds our HP libraries and drives, but does not see the m2402 NSR.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to use LTT to upgrade the NSR FW.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions on getting LTT to recognize the NSR?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;TIA</description>

      <description>It looks like the M2402 is not supported by LTT. See the specs at:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11591_na/11591_na.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11591_na/11591_na.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also don't see M2402 firmware at:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub2/information_storage/software/ltt/firmware/" target="_blank"&gt;ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub2/information_storage/software/ltt/firmware/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;where I find everything else.</description>
