Hi,
HP StorageWorks 4/8 SAN Switch and 4/16 SAN Switch (Brocade 200E)is compatible with the latest 6.2.0g. It is good to know, that from 6.1.1 certain features and functions were removed from Web Tools (resident in the firmware) and migrated io the Data Center Fabric Manager (DCFM) management.
The upgrade path is the following:
5.2.1b to 5.3.x
5.3.x to 6.0.x
6.0.x. to 6.1.0a
6,1.0a to 6.2.0g
The 6.1.0x versions yet have all the Web Tools zoning features like before and the most stable version there is 6.1.0h

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01753721/c01753721.pdf?jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
