Hello, I installed on 2 servers DL380 with Win2003 Entreprise, Secure Path V4.0b. On one of the servers, the communication between Host is refused. I have the message " Error Type: Agent " and Internal String: Internal string: Unauthorized customer Access.

But, from the agent of the other server, the communication between 2 the same server is correct.

The password is the same.
Have you an idea of my problem???

Also, are you running 4.0b SPM or 4.0c?
ver.C. reports back eroneous errors on some ver.B. clients.

Do you have the MA's full DNS title in the Client list?
