Hi all

Can you identify my controller model, by looking this firmware ver.

HSV 200 CR0ECAxC3P-6110

is it HSV-200,HSV-200A or HSV-200B

No, that is not possible, because there is only one firmware image for HSV-200,HSV-200A or HSV-200B. "CR0ECAxC3P" is an internal 'build identifier' of the software image.

If you give us a controller module's serial number (not the EVA S/N), somebody can pick up the necessary information, because the model is encoded there.

From CR0ECAxC3P you can only see what you already know - it is a EVA4x00/6x00 (x is 0 or 1 here).
