Error After replacing HP X-1800 Storage Server's Motherboard

Dear All,

We have replaced the Motherboard of HP X-1800 Storage Server having Windows Storage Server 2008 and connected to HP Storage Through FC SAN Switches.The HP Commcand View EVA (9.1) Software was installed on this Server.

After Replacing the motherboard we find the error message "The server you are running cannot run HPStorage Works Network Storage System Software properly. You may be in violation of your licence agreement.
Please contact HP Support immediately. The server will reboot in 10min."

Kindly Share any solution/info if any one have to overcome this issue.

hi,

check the Product Number in

ROM Based Setup Utility (RBSU)

we havde similiar problem during the reinstallation of x1600.

hope you will fix it.

The issue has been resolved through suggestion given by forum members.

Plz insert the PID in RBSU if any one find the same error.
