      <title>EVA 4400 managment server error</title>

      <description>hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have hpx1800 as a managment server of my EVA 4400.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have configured EVA and nanagment server and every thing was working fine, but last week i see an issue with iLo2 port of managment server so i have replaced its system board and after replacing sys board when i power up managment server its show mentioned below error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"The Server you are runing cannot run HP StorageWorks Network Storage System software properly. you may be in violation of your license agreement.&lt;BR /&gt;Please contact HP support immediately. the server will reboot in ten (10) minutes"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;print screen of error is also attached.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please guide me how i can resolve this issue.</description>

      <description>This error is common with NAS boxes, you need go to the server BIOS and put the correct serial number and product number. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Serial and Product ID you can find on the server itself on sticker either on back side or left or right of the server chassis.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you replace the mother board in NAS box then both information gets changed and this server is intend to work with pre-supplied info only.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;May refer below links also for same issue:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1232105" target="_blank"&gt;http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1232105&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;or&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=948057" target="_blank"&gt;http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=948057&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope the above info will resolve the issue, pls assign points if it works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BK</description>
