i have eva 4400 .when update management module i see all controller uknownon .i update firmware but not resolve problem

Have you tried restarting the Management Module, also what firmware was upgraded on the Management Module.

yes i reset the management module but not resolve and version firmware is 1.00.00.080211.

when login with management module wwn not set and all is 0 but i install cv version 9.4 on the 1 dl360g6 and when login with them i see wwn is set and eva is right work and not any problem detect. please help.tanks for best guide.

Hi, what did you update? How did you do it?
It would be nice to know what version was on it before you tried to upgrade.
Maybe the WOCP can tell something, I presume the 'wwn is not set' is in Command View?
If you upgraded the server to 9.4, I hope you upgraded the mm CV to that too.

i update mm(managmenet module) with console mean connect to ip management module and update this.xcs firmware controoler is 10000000 and see uuid unique half both controller is 0000-0000-0000-0000 and xcs version is empty and xcs build is empty.

why?

Did you upgrade to CV 9.4 before you put XCS 10 on the controllers?

I guess it's looking like that because your mm firmware is too old.

The firmware for the mm is in the CV 9.4 iso.

Did you read the "Update Product Software Guide?

I looked briefly and it looks like you should upgrade CV before you upgrade the XCS.

Downgrading from XCS 10 to 09534 has this note:

An offline downgrade with an array initialization is required. The array initialization results in data loss or a restore"

Hey, what do you mean with 'failed'?

Can you access the EVA via CV on the SBM?
Ping?
Reseat/reset the mm, powercycle the EVA are things you can try.

yes i can connect with cv but not access to mm.when login cv i see operation status mm is failed?. i can not ping the mm and led status is amber.

OK.

Well, maybe it's broken then.

Or, you could try reseating the mm, reset it (there is a pin hole, it resets to default IP too). Maybe power cycle the EVA would be worth a try.

i used the guide you but a problem is true.

i can not connect to mm and not ping as mm.
