      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes i reset the management module but not resolve and version firmware is 1.00.00.080211.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when login with management module wwn not set and all is 0 but i install cv version 9.4 on the 1 dl360g6 and when login with them i see wwn is set and eva is right work and not any problem detect. please help.tanks for best guide.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, what did you update? How did you do it?&lt;BR /&gt;It would be nice to know what version was on it before you tried to upgrade.&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe the WOCP can tell something, I presume the 'wwn is not set' is in Command View?&lt;BR /&gt;If you upgraded the server to 9.4, I hope you upgraded the mm CV to that too.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i update mm(managmenet module) with console mean connect to ip management module and update this.xcs firmware controoler is 10000000 and see uuid unique half both controller is 0000-0000-0000-0000 and xcs version is empty and xcs build is empty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Did you upgrade to CV 9.4 before you put XCS 10 on the controllers?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I guess it's looking like that because your mm firmware is too old.</description>

      <description>The firmware for the mm is in the CV 9.4 iso.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you read the "Update Product Software Guide?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c02858292/c02858292.pdf"&gt;http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c02858292/c02858292.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I looked briefly and it looks like you should upgrade CV before you upgrade the XCS.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, what do you mean with 'failed'?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you access the EVA via CV on the SBM?&lt;BR /&gt;Ping?&lt;BR /&gt;Reseat/reset the mm, powercycle the EVA are things you can try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, maybe it's broken then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, you could try reseating the mm, reset it (there is a pin hole, it resets to default IP too). Maybe power cycle the EVA would be worth a try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
