Dear all,

I'm trying to figure out how I can collect a complete dump from the EVA6K and EVA4K arrays to be forwarded for support renewals. Ideally all info including serial numbers, number of enclosures, disks and serial numbers, etc.

It should be easy to count the number of enclosures, but the serial# of the array is not stored on the array itself.

you can collect EVA information using SSSU script

it collects everything you need about the EVA except system serial number

that is not stored on the EVA except for EVA4400 EVA6300 and EVA6500

read the instructions in the file attached to create the file
