Speed can be fast. Good enough?

Do you want to know how fast it is when it's maxed out?

Or when there's three disk shelfs.

SSD/SAS/FATA drives.

What kind of copy - windows file copy. dd. iozone. Ior or what kind of benchmark??

Which cache size?

Do you want iops, transfer rate, line rate

What is the size of a normal IO?

Speed from file server (with block storage from EVA) or from client behind a file server

The FC host ports are all at 4Gb = 400MB/s. See http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c01677617&lang=en&cc=us&taskId=&prodSeriesId=3900918&prodTypeId=12169 for details.

So if you only look at fc connectivity then the max speed is 4Gb*$(amount of host/device ports) = 4*8=32Gbps = 3200MB/s.

Theoretical max.
