    <description>&lt;P&gt;i have the following MSA Setup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MSA100CS, dual 1510i controllers, 2 MSA20 cages.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 24 1TB disks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we had two disks go out last month, one disk was replaced and it rebuild itself back.. however one bay refuses to accept new disk, we tried several new disks and still comes up as a bad disk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can i check if its the disk, bay, backboard or cage having issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This could be a midplane issue, to confirm get a ADU report generated from the host. In ADU report locate the drive that is faulty and check parameters such as hard read error, hard write errors and other important drive parameters.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
