we have a HP EVA3000 STORAGE with 2 controllers and 4 enclusure. The version of Command View is 3.1 bulid 21.

There is a projext in our site to reconfigure EVA after 7 years use.

We have upgrade HSV100 firmware controller from VCS 3 to VCS 4 (active -active) version. after upgrade controllers show " no storage" on screen , and in coomand view no storage is detected.

Is there anyway to downgrade controller firmware to old version without command view interface?
Thanks for your kind and quick response.
Regards
ASHKAN

SSSU is part of CV.

If that doesn't work either:

You could install a newer CV on another server - it comes with a free temporary licenses - and try to downgrade with that.

Looks like an unsupported upgrade path (you did not the steps between the versions).

If there is no data to keep (most likely there is no data to keep now), uninitialize the array from OCP (front panel, if you like), initialize it, install CV 9.4 (and probably patch 9.4.1) and get a CV licence from HP.

Without the licence you have 60 days to use it.
