Hi all, I have an HP EVA6000 with HSV firmware 6110.

The problem is that I have two batteries caches controllers in Failed state.

One of the controllers, the controller B is off, because every time you get up, the entire array fails.

In the remaining controller, the controller A, the Virtual Disk Indicator, this off. And the hosts do not see the vDisk.

How I can solve this problem? putting a new battery in the controller cache has been turned on?

thank you very much
