HPCC Problem

Hi,

I am having a problem while trying to configure the HPCC specifically when I am adding my EVA4100 management server.
After I add all information required for the EVA, I am getting device validation failed error even though the username & password is correct.

Please advice?

What do you use HPCC for? (Asside for capturing your SAN configuration). How do you process the capture?

Can you post a picture with more of the windows displayed?

What credentials are you giving it when you specify the server?

I am resolve the problem,Once added the HPCC user in Hp Stoeage Admins Group and run the Device validation it will take .

HP storage admins group is in the windows account management section, created by the CV install. Used to validate Command View login. Default member is the server Admin.
