Storage Array Help

I have several P2000 Iscsci Arrays, to which I am having MASSIVE Issues with 2 on connectivity.. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.. If you need more about what's happening PLEASE ask I will gladly add more detail.

A1 and B1 going to Cisco Fiber array controller work just fine

A2 and B2 are going to Meraki 220 24 Port POE Iscsci Ports

I currently have 3 of these arrays, I have one that uses ONLY Iscsci to RJ45 and it works just fine all 4 ports work.

On these 2 however if I remove one from the Iscsci to RJ45 that works and try it on the others it does not work...

4 DSM-SFPCMM2M These are the Fiber Adapters from the array to the Meraki Switch... Approved by HPs techs

is it 10gbps connection or 1gbps ?
