We have forgotten the password CV 9.x ,how we can do this and can we do that via WOCP as a second way!?

If you talk about the user password on the cv server, this is just windows related. Use the usual windows procedure to reset the password, create another user, etc.

You can reset the management module by pressing the reset button for a long time

this resets the ip address of the management module to 192.168.0.1 and the password of user admin

to no password

in a windows installation any user in the local group HP Storage Admins can log in to

command view

Thanks for your replays gays!

I'll understanding that hw reset from MGMT button will reset automatically the CV login & password too in their defaults stats!?

the EVA 4400 is not under our hands now, but if there is any data , after this operation ,it don't affect the data on disks!?

Command view EVA use the same password which we used in Windows login

so better change the password for the user,it will work

As said earlier, all users in the user group

HP Storage Admins

(on the management server)

are allowed to access command view in management mode.

You can simply add another user there or modify the existing user.

The CV user management is directly managed by windows standard user management.
