In new command view eva with is the password default and with is the command to change this if you lose the password.

The latest version of Command View (6.0) uses the regular Windows user account passwords. You have to add the users and groups to the HP Storage Administrators and HP Storage users groups. Then use those accounts to manage or view the Storages.
