    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please tell me what's wrong in my configurationI of webes , I can't get the notification mail if I have problem on Eva5K &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I run wsea status the resullt is :&lt;BR /&gt;System Event Analyzer for Windows V4.4 (Build 316)&lt;BR /&gt;Service Tools Home: C:\Program Files\hp\svctools&lt;BR /&gt;Service Obligation Start Date: Sun Dec 10 00:00:00 MST 2006&lt;BR /&gt;Service Obligation End Date: Mon Dec 10 00:00:00 MST 2007&lt;BR /&gt;SICL/DSNlink notification: disabled.&lt;BR /&gt;CSG/QSAP notification: disabled.&lt;BR /&gt;ISEE notification: enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I alson run: desta servob show&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;WEBES Service Obligation Status&lt;BR /&gt;-------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt; Service Obligation: Valid&lt;BR /&gt; Service Obligation Number: 101160715227&lt;BR /&gt; System Serial Number: Xxxxxxxxxxx&lt;BR /&gt; Service Provider Company Name: Hewlett-Packard Company&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But when I run :wsea test I get this error :&lt;BR /&gt;Windows Error: 1502&lt;BR /&gt;Command failed: Could not write the event.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks In advance.&lt;/P&gt;
